Emma Rose Studio is a creative portfolio, development space, and home for original creative work by Emma Rose and, where identified, collaborating creators or other applicable rights holders.
Ownership of Original Work
Unless otherwise specifically credited or stated in writing, original creative material presented through Emma Rose Studio is owned by Emma Rose and/or Emma Rose Studio, or by the individual rights holder identified alongside the material.
Protected material may include original stories and narrative expression; scripts, scenes, and dialogue; characters and character development; fictional worlds, realms, settings, and locations; original lore and histories; maps and diagrams; worldbuilding documents; visual development; original illustrations and artwork; character and environment designs; story development materials; pitch decks and project bibles; development notes; creative-direction materials; project presentations; logos and branding; website copy; photography; journal entries and essays; downloadable materials; private Industry Access materials; and other original creative expression appearing on or distributed through this website.
All applicable rights are reserved. Nothing appearing on Emma Rose Studio should be interpreted as placing material into the public domain.
Viewing Is Not Permission
The fact that a creative work can be viewed publicly does not mean it is free to use. Accessing the site, viewing a project page, reading an entry, receiving Industry Access, or communicating with Emma Rose does not grant any ownership interest or license to use protected material.
Prohibited Uses
Unless expressly authorized in writing, you may not copy or reproduce protected material; republish or redistribute it; sell or commercially exploit it; falsely claim authorship or ownership; remove copyright, watermark, credit, or rights notices; substantially reproduce artwork or writing; adapt protected material into another project; create unauthorized derivative works; incorporate protected expression into commercial projects; pitch Emma Rose Studio materials as your own; license, register, assign, or sell rights you do not own; upload protected materials to stock libraries or content databases; share private Industry Access materials or credentials with unauthorized third parties; or circumvent access restrictions.
These restrictions apply whether the intended use is commercial or noncommercial unless an exception exists under applicable law.
Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning
Emma Rose Studio does not grant permission for protected creative material to be used for the development or training of artificial-intelligence or machine-learning systems without express written authorization.
Without written permission, material may not be scraped for AI training; added to machine-learning datasets; used for model development; used to train image, text, audio, video, or multimodal systems; used to create synthetic reproductions of protected artwork or writing; used to imitate identifiable creative expression; or processed for unauthorized automated derivative creation. This applies to both public material and private Industry Access material.
Permission to view content does not constitute permission to train on it.
Private & Industry Access Materials
Materials provided through Industry Access may contain unpublished, proprietary, confidential, and copyrighted creative work. Access is provided solely for the approved review purpose and does not grant ownership, licensing, adaptation, production, publishing, merchandise, or other exploitation rights.
Access may be limited, modified, expired, or revoked at any time, and additional project-specific terms may accompany individual materials.
Screenshots, Screen Recording & Private Materials
Please do not screenshot, screen-record, photograph, reproduce, or otherwise capture private Industry Access materials for distribution or unauthorized retention. Where copying or downloading functionality is technically available, the existence of that functionality does not itself grant permission to reproduce or distribute protected material.
Characters, Worlds & Project Materials
Original characters, fictional settings, visual designs, written descriptions, narrative materials, and other protected creative expression remain subject to the rights of their applicable creators. Viewing a character, concept, world, or project overview does not authorize another person or company to recreate, adapt, publish, merchandise, license, or commercially exploit that material.
General themes, genres, ideas, and concepts may not always receive copyright protection standing alone; however, original expression of those ideas—including writing, artwork, character expression, designs, presentation materials, and other creative works—may be protected under applicable law.
Fan Work
Emma Rose Studio appreciates creative enthusiasm and fan expression. Unless a separate fan-content policy says otherwise, small-scale, noncommercial fan art, cosplay, commentary, discussion, and transformative fan expression may be welcomed when they clearly identify the underlying project or character as belonging to its applicable creator; do not claim official affiliation; do not misrepresent the work as canon; do not reproduce private or leaked materials; do not imply endorsement; and are not used for significant commercial exploitation.
Permission for fan activity does not transfer intellectual-property ownership. More detailed fan-content guidelines may be published as projects are released.
Third-Party Materials & Collaborators
Some projects may contain material owned by collaborators, licensors, artists, designers, photographers, or other third parties. Where appropriate, those creators or rights holders will be credited. Rights in third-party materials remain with their respective owners.
Trademarks & Brand Identity
The Emma Rose Studio name, logos, visual identity, project branding, marks, and other identifying brand elements may be protected through trademark, copyright, unfair-competition, or related laws where applicable. They may not be used in a way that falsely suggests affiliation, sponsorship, endorsement, partnership, authorization, official merchandise, or official representation.
No Transfer or Waiver of Rights
No viewing, communication, correspondence, submission, meeting, access approval, discussion, collaboration inquiry, or disclosure of materials should be interpreted as transferring intellectual-property ownership, granting a license, assigning copyright, waiving copyright, authorizing commercial exploitation, or granting merchandise, adaptation, publishing, or production rights. Any such permission must be established through a separate written agreement authorized by the applicable rights holder.
Reporting Unauthorized Use
If you believe Emma Rose Studio material has been copied, distributed, impersonated, reproduced, or used without authorization, contact emmarose.stories@gmail.com with enough information to identify the material and suspected use.
Requests to License or Use Material
Professional requests involving licensing, publishing, adaptation, collaboration, production, merchandise, reproduction, or other authorized use may be submitted through the Contact or Industry Access areas of this website. Permission should be obtained before protected material is used.
Certain projects, collaborations, artwork, or materials may contain separate ownership or copyright notices. Those notices control with respect to the specific material they identify.
