2. Industry Access Requests

The Industry Access request form currently prepares an email draft on your device. Emma Rose Studio does not receive the request until you review and send that email. Once sent, the information may be used to identify the requester, understand the professional purpose of the request, evaluate whether access should be granted, determine which materials may be appropriate to share, communicate approval or follow-up questions, maintain appropriate correspondence records, and protect private creative materials from misuse.

3. Contact Forms & Email

The general Contact form also prepares an email draft rather than transmitting or storing your message on the website itself. Emma Rose Studio receives the information only after you choose to send the email. Once sent, the information may be used to respond to your message, evaluate professional opportunities, discuss collaboration, process Industry Access requests, manage business correspondence, maintain appropriate records, and protect the website, creative materials, and legal rights of relevant parties.

Newsletter information is not intended to be sold to third-party advertisers.
