Emma Rose Studio is the personal creative portfolio, development space, and professional website of Emma Rose. Some areas of the site are public and others may be restricted.

2. Intellectual Property

Use of this website does not transfer ownership of any content. Unless otherwise stated, original material remains owned by Emma Rose, Emma Rose Studio, or the specifically identified applicable rights holder. See the Copyright & Intellectual Property page for more detail.

3. Permitted Use

You may use public portions of the site for ordinary personal and professional viewing, including reading public journal entries, reviewing public portfolio samples, sharing links to public pages, contacting Emma Rose Studio through approved channels, requesting Industry Access, and discussing publicly released material in lawful commentary or criticism. Permission to view does not equal permission to reuse content itself.

4. Prohibited Use

You may not use the site in a way that violates applicable law or interferes with the rights of Emma Rose Studio, creators, collaborators, visitors, or third parties. Without express written permission, prohibited conduct includes reproducing protected content; redistributing private materials; bypassing access controls; sharing access credentials; impersonating Emma Rose Studio or Emma Rose; falsely claiming affiliation; uploading malicious code; interfering with site security; attempting unauthorized access; scraping protected creative material; removing rights notices; using protected material for unauthorized commercial works; AI training; or representing Emma Rose Studio work as your own.

5. Industry Access

Industry Access is intended for legitimate professional review. Approval is discretionary and may be limited by project, material, recipient, purpose, or time period. Submission does not guarantee access.

If access is granted, it may be personal to the approved recipient; credentials must not be shared unless expressly permitted; materials are provided solely for the approved review purpose; and access may be suspended, modified, or revoked at any time. Access does not grant ownership, licensing, adaptation, production, publishing, merchandise, or other rights.

6. Access Credentials

If you receive an access code, private link, password, or other credential, you are responsible for keeping it secure. You may not publish, sell, transfer, or distribute the credential to unauthorized individuals, or use another person’s credential without permission.

7. No Confidential Submission by Visitors

Please do not send confidential, proprietary, commercially sensitive, or legally protected information through public contact forms unless Emma Rose Studio has expressly agreed to receive it under separate terms. Messages submitted through public forms should be treated as non-confidential unless otherwise agreed in writing.

8. Unsolicited Creative Submissions

Emma Rose Studio does not invite unsolicited scripts, treatments, project bibles, character concepts, story ideas, pitches, artwork, or other creative submissions through general contact channels unless specifically requested. See the Unsolicited Submissions policy before sending creative material.

9. AI, Scraping & Automated Use

No permission is granted to use Emma Rose Studio content for artificial-intelligence or machine-learning training without express written authorization. Bots, scrapers, crawlers, or automated systems may not collect substantial protected creative material for model training, dataset creation, content replication, commercial aggregation, unauthorized archival, synthetic-media generation, or automated derivative creation. Ordinary search-engine indexing may be permitted where technically allowed by the site.

10. Third-Party Links

Emma Rose Studio may link to third-party websites, platforms, social accounts, services, references, or resources. Those services are controlled by their own operators, and a link does not automatically mean endorsement.

11. User Messages & Contact Forms

You are responsible for ensuring information you submit is accurate and appropriate. Do not submit unlawful content, threats, harassment, malicious code, fraudulent information, impersonation, spam, or intentionally harmful material. Emma Rose Studio may choose whether or not to respond.

Emma Rose Studio may change, update, remove, reorganize, restrict, or discontinue any part of the website at any time. No guarantee is made that every page, feature, private area, or item of content will remain permanently available.
