Industry Access

Private review, with context.

A controlled review space for producers, representatives, development professionals, publishers, financiers, and other legitimate industry contacts evaluating Emma Rose Studio work.

Public portfolio samples stay open. Unpublished project materials are shared selectively, by request, for a defined review purpose.

How it works

A simple three-step review flow.

The private side is designed to give professionals enough context to evaluate the work without making unpublished development materials broadly public.

01

Explore Public Work

Start with the open Portfolio to see selected writing, worldbuilding, character development, story development, and creative direction samples.

View Public Portfolio →
02

Request Specific Material

Tell me who you are, what you are reviewing, and what would be useful. Requests are considered individually rather than granting blanket access.

Request Access →
03

Review Privately

If approved, you receive the next step for the specific project or material authorized for your review. Access may be changed or revoked at any time.

Enter Approved Code →

Public Portfolio

Made to be explored.

Selected, intentionally limited samples that demonstrate process and skill without exposing the full blueprint of an unpublished project.

Explore the Portfolio →

Private Materials

Shared with context.

Deeper materials may include project-specific pitch, script, character, worldbuilding, visual, and development documents for approved professional review.

What may be available

Materials matched to the review.

Availability depends on the project, recipient, stage of development, and professional purpose. Not every request requires the same level of access.

Before you request access

Review access does not transfer rights.

Private materials may contain original, unpublished, confidential, proprietary, and copyrighted creative work belonging to Emma Rose Studio, Emma Rose, and/or another identified rights holder.

Access is provided for limited professional review only unless a separate written agreement expressly states otherwise.

Without express written permission, you may not:
  • copy, reproduce, publish, post, transmit, or redistribute materials;
  • adapt, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit materials;
  • share access codes, protected links, or private materials with unauthorized third parties;
  • claim, register, pitch, license, sell, trademark, copyright, or represent protected material as your own or as material you control;
  • scrape, ingest, upload, or use materials for AI training, machine-learning datasets, generative model development, synthetic-media generation, automated replication, or dataset creation without express written authorization.
01

Ownership & Rights

Viewing, correspondence, submission, discussion, or private access does not constitute a sale, assignment, license, waiver, transfer of ownership, or permission to exploit any intellectual property.

02

Confidential Review

Access is personal to the approved recipient unless otherwise authorized. Additional reviewers may be asked to request access separately or obtain written approval.

03

Revocable Access

Emma Rose Studio may limit, expire, suspend, change, or revoke access at any time. An access code is not a permanent entitlement to future or updated materials.

04

Protected Materials

Original characters, stories, worlds, settings, scripts, artwork, designs, written materials, visual materials, project branding, and other creative expression remain protected by applicable rights and project-specific notices.

Request access

Tell me what would be useful to review.

A short, specific request is best. Approval is not automatic and may be limited to one project, one document, or a defined review purpose.

Please request only what you actually need.

You do not need to ask for a full project bible if a pitch deck, excerpt, or selected development sample is enough for your review.

Please do not submit confidential, proprietary, or sensitive materials through this form.

Already approved?

Enter your access code.

Use the code associated with your approved review request. Credentials are personal to the approved recipient and may be project-specific or time-limited.

Private project codes are activated manually. If you were approved but your code is not working, use Contact and choose “Industry Access Question.”

Review etiquette

Clear boundaries, easy review.

The goal is to make professional review straightforward while keeping unpublished work appropriately controlled.

Need another reviewer?

Please ask before forwarding a code, protected link, or private document. Additional reviewers may be approved separately.

Need a different document?

Request the additional material rather than assuming one approval covers an entire project or future versions.

Interested in moving forward?

Professional conversations about representation, producing, development, publishing, licensing, financing, or partnership can continue by email after review.
